  • How often do you release items?
    New releases are on the site on the 7th day of every month.
  • How will I know what the upcoming month's released items will be?
    Any releases will be announced on the 17th or 3rd Thursday of the month.
  • When will my order be confirmed?
    All orders are confirmed within 48 business hours from order date and time.
  • When will my order ship?
    Standard orders excluding personalized items, (excluding personalized garment), will ship within 7-10 business days from order confirmation. Please see "PERSONALIZED FAQs" for shipping eta.
  • Is my item truly a 1:1/PERSONALIZED?
    Yes, we believe we are all individually made. So, we do not duplicate any items. There are ALWAYS difference and will be illuminated upon request should any questions or concerns arise.
  • How can I inform you of my personalized/1:1 request?
    Please follow the link to the "PERSONALLY SHIFTED FORM". Populate the form with as much information as possible. A Creative Consultant will reach out to you for further information regarding design, estimated cost, etc.
  • When will my personalized item ship?
    You will have a call with one of our Creative Consultants to further discuss design details and order process along with shipping details tailored to your personalized design request.
  • How will I know when my personalized/1:1 item will ship?
    Please see answer from previous question.
  • How does the Shift Conscious Incentive work?
    -Your informed potential shifters upon checkout will enter your personalized code in the "discount code" field. -Please be advised that all payouts are released 30 days from the first use of your code in a 30 day period. I.e.- today my code was used 8/19/24 on 9/19/24 I can collect any of the options further down). They will see the discount applied once their order is completed and confirmed. Next steps will generate their order on your personalized dashboard where you'll see the order amount total and your percentage breakdown of your designated percentage amount in which you are able to collect: PAYOUT METHODS -Merchandise equivalent to your payout -Monetary payout less than or equal to your 30 day monetary reward. -Combination of both with a minimum of $10.00 per payout method.
  • How can I receive my cash reward?
    You can receive your cash reward via 1099. That means this money will be untaxed and you will be reported on our taxes and books as an independent contractor which will make you fully responsible for paying any taxes on said funds.
