Hey Shifters!
Have you ever felt like the mundaneness of life was causing you to check out? If your answer is yes it’s definitely time to reset! What exactly do I mean by reset? Let’s dive a little deeper.
I have recently been talking to my younger relatives about their life’s direction. Within these conversations I noticed a common mindset. They didn’t really have a solid direction but a form of such and most gave this popular statement….”I still have time to figure it out”. I was left with a constant lingering question that I’ve had most of young adult and very much mature adult life…. What IS time?
Do you REALLY have TIME?
In my own personal philosophies TIME waits for no one and certainly is NOT on anyone’s side. IF you are finding yourself unmotivated in life to do the things that will catapult you into the next phase of growth it’s time to reset. A reset is always encouraged vs. wasting time believing one day you’ll figure it out! Here are my big 4 ways to BEGIN your reset.
Create an exercise regime
This does not have to be hard to start whatsoever. When I say create one that can be whatever is most comfortable for you. It can be a 15 - 20 min walk outside, and or a gym session, 5 min mini stepper session. Again whatever is most comfortable for you. This is important for ama few different reasons. It will restore or promote confidence, allows body movement/activity of muscles, accountability to sustain a scheduled daily activity, amongst many more positive receptors.
Grounding
If you’re unfamiliar with grounding I would highly advise to do your own research. I will be doing a separate post about this practice. It definitely deserves its own post!
Journal
yes, I said journal! Do any of you remember in Creative Writing the teacher would give you 15 mins before class started to journal your thoughts? That practice I believe and was told by my English Teachers was to introduce us to freeing our minds so we can see clearly as to what our next “moves” are in the day, week, months and most of all life!
4. Meditation/Prayer
Thus by far is the most important part! Depending on your beliefs this IS imperative daily in order to align your spiritual world with your 3D/Reality. It doesn’t take much just align your heart with your mind and verbally or mentally speak to your creator in whatever way resonates with you.
Ever since I have started incorporating these 4 things in my life again on a consistent basis along with motivational reading and listening materials I have been on a journey of constant elevation | resets | growth!
if you don’t believe me just try it for 14 days and tell me if it worked for you!
